This is a 6 storey Grade A listed property converted to a high-end residence for a private client in London. The design development involved rigorous consultation with English Heritage to maintain the characteristics of the period property.

Changes were introduced to the existing structure to make the internal spaces more flexible as the width of the building was restricted to only 12m. One of the major design interventions was to introduce a leisure pool in the basement.

A part basement was dug out to introduce a hydraulic swimming pool floor which converts to a workable floor making the space very fluid.
